I am passionate about ensuring everyone goes home each day to the things they love. I have had 20 years experience in delivering Health & Safety and Human Resources excellence, with my approach being pragmatic rather than autocratic.
By helping people take control of their own thoughts, actions and attitudes I help enable others to take control of their own safety and those around them. Thus motivating others to want to engage in positive H&S practices rather than feeling that they "have to".
I love helping people achieve the self awareness of the next level of Safety II and psychological safety, by coaching and mentoring, teaching and providing tools to continue to improve. I have had extensive experience in facilitation and am particularly passionate about growing safety culture across organisations aligned with Safety II and psychological safety.
